CLIENT REVIEW 🌟⚡

Ollie and I have been working together on and off for a few years.
We're both super interested in biomechanics and ways of loading and optimising recovery.

Ollie initially approached with some knee pain which we slowly ironed out to an old ankle and back injury. 😲

A recent incident has called for us to check out the shoulder, so we've been using the Dynamo Strength Dynamometer on the rotator cuff initially to measure progress and then talking towards further stability work more recently. 🎉

All welcome to come along to the Churchdown Tennis Club on Saturday to give tennis a go.

The courts are behind the Churchdown Social Club, opposite the Old Elm pub in Churchdown Village. There is plenty of parking.

10% membership discount for new members.

We've had a tonne of footfall over the last few years so it was about time to give everything the once over!

BACK TO REALITY 👶🚧

Over the last few months, Ethan and I have been spending more than normal time together on shared parental leave, which means lots of outdoor fun and indoor chill!

Today, was settle in day at nursery as I'm getting ready to get back to the day job with ConnectHealth alongside the Injury Clinic.🔧

It's been an incredible time, with a first Christmas, a house move and renovations going on but it's also given us lots of time to reflect, learn together and make memories!

This last week of parental leave is going to be the bridge to our new normal.
