This message really reminded me of how I felt following my first allergy therapy appointment (too many moons ago to mention🤭)- last I felt that I had a sense of direction and it felt exciting to be in control of my own wellbeing. What a difference it made to my life……….. and the rest is history!!
Now I get to be a part of other people’s journey - and I wouldn’t have it any other way❤️
Little changes can make a huge difference.

A day of firsts for me today!
My first walk up Glastonbury Tor (been wanting to do it for ages) and my first Pea Latte!!! ( surprisingly yummy!)

🫣Todays the day🫣a big push start to get my Reiki case studies all typed up - wish me luck!!!
Those who know me will know how much I love IT 🤭as I often get giggled at for still running a paper and pen work diary🤣🤣
I am very much looking forward to getting this done and submitting them - in posting this I have to be committed as the lovely will know I’ve finally started - watch this space Janie🤣❤️x
