If you’re looking for a great chiropractor in the forest then you can stop looking because….here she is!🌟
                                        Passion to Purpose 💁♀️
My journey into Chiropractic began when I decided teaching was not for me as I could not, and still cannot, spell (dictionaries are great but you need to be able to spell the word to find it…)
I first discovered Chiropractic during school work experience, watching what felt like magic. Later, as a Saturday girl in a clinic, I saw people crawl in, unable to sit or even smile from pain — then walk out 15 minutes later, tall, smiling, and chatting away full of life.
I knew then. I wanted to learn that ✨magic✨.
That passion led me to the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC), where I earned a First-Class Master’s degree. Those years challenged and shaped me, and ignited my drive to help people move better and feel better. I followed that with a Postgraduate Diploma to refine my clinical skills and deepen my knowledge.
But, I knew that I didn’t want to be confined to a clinic. So I spent evenings and weekends on the pitch, in the treatment room, and at the heart of performance.
I spent several years working pitchside with grassroots and elite rugby and football teams, including three as Head of Medical for a Welsh Premiership women’s side. It was fast-paced, hands-on, and demanded quick decisions and full trust. I thrived in the unpredictability, developed a (slightly unnerving) excitement for a good gruesome injury 😬, and found a real passion for helping athletes perform at their best. Supporting elite female athletes and championing better care in women’s sport was a privilege. And whilst athletes may be high-maintenance at times, they’re always endlessly rewarding to work with (equal love to all my clients, of course 😇).
Beyond the world of sport, I’ve worked in respected practices in Monmouth and Gloucester, supporting everyone from office workers to weekend warriors to regain comfort, mobility, and confidence.
Chiropractic, for me, isn’t just a job — it’s a calling. It’s about listening, understanding, and helping people overcome the barriers holding them back. Whether it’s dancing in the living room or chasing sporting goals, I believe chiropractic can change lives — one adjustment, one step, one story at a time. 🫶🏻
