🌧 The Darker Days Are Rolling In… so no getting soft now ⚠️
The colder, darker evenings are creeping in and let’s be honest, this is the time of year when motivation can take a dip for me, you and everyone else.
It’s easier to stay inside, snuggle up, and tell ourselves I’ll get back to it when it’s warmer.
But here’s the truth peeps.. ⚠️👇🏼⚠️👇🏼⚠️
If you give in to those feelings, you’ll start to feel more sluggish, less energised, and your mood will drop no doubt about it.
👉 If you want to look, feel, and act like everyone else… skip your workouts
👉 But if you want to be leaner, lighter, healthier, happier, and have a stronger immune system this winter then this is exactly when you need to SHOW UP
Yes, it’s dark. Yes, it’s cold. But every time you push past that resistance, you’re not just training your body you’re strengthening your MIND too. 💪
So let’s keep showing up, even on the days we don’t feel like it. Because that’s what separates those who only wish for results… from those who actually GET THEM
