🌧 The Darker Days Are Rolling In… so no getting soft now ⚠️

The colder, darker evenings are creeping in and let’s be honest, this is the time of year when motivation can take a dip for me, you and everyone else.

It’s easier to stay inside, snuggle up, and tell ourselves I’ll get back to it when it’s warmer.

But here’s the truth peeps.. ⚠️👇🏼⚠️👇🏼⚠️

If you give in to those feelings, you’ll start to feel more sluggish, less energised, and your mood will drop no doubt about it.

👉 If you want to look, feel, and act like everyone else… skip your workouts
👉 But if you want to be leaner, lighter, healthier, happier, and have a stronger immune system this winter then this is exactly when you need to SHOW UP

Yes, it’s dark. Yes, it’s cold. But every time you push past that resistance, you’re not just training your body you’re strengthening your MIND too. 💪

So let’s keep showing up, even on the days we don’t feel like it. Because that’s what separates those who only wish for results… from those who actually GET THEM

đź«’ Cooking with Olive Oil, is HEALTHY Calorie-Dense!

Olive oil is an awesome choice for cooking or drizzling over your food. It’s rich in heart healthy monounsaturated fats and packed with antioxidants that support overall health.

Using olive oil and animal butter or other saturated fats can be a great way to improve your diet.

However, it’s important to remember that olive oil is not calorie free. Like all oils and fats, it contains about 9 calories per gram, which adds up quickly, roughly 120 calories per tablespoon.

✅ Why it’s good for ya?

Well it's been proven to supports heart health, it contains antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties, and it enhances flavor and nutrient absorption

⚠️ But keep in mind, Even though olive oil is healthy, it’s still very caloriedense. When trying to lose or manage weight, be mindful of how much you use. A small drizzle goes a long way!

In short, olive oil is super healthy and good for us but...

but portion control is key.

Far too many people are falling into the trap. The trap of comfort. The trap of convenience. The trap of taking the easy route when it's given to you on a plate.

But here’s the truth... unfortunately nothing truly worth having in life comes easy and if it does its pretty much always short lived.

You have to earn your body.
You have to earn your health.
You have to earn your life.

Eating real food when junk is everywhere takes discipline. Working out and being consistent with it when you’d rather relax takes grit.

Saying “no” to temptation takes strength.

But that’s exactly what builds you, not just physically, but mentally. Every time you push through, you prove to yourself that you’re stronger than your excuses.

If you have the ability to move, to walk, to sweat you REALLY ARE TRULY BLESSED.

Blessed enough to train.
Blessed enough to burn.
Blessed enough to change.

So stop giving in. Stop settling. Stop searching for SHORTCUTS all of the time.

Embrace the grind, I know it's hard.

But you'll earn your results, results that will be life long.

And remember the hard road is the one that leads to greatness.
