We help with back and neck pain, whiplash, joint pain including knee, hip and shoulder pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries and sports injuries. Our clinic comprises of: Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Digital X-Ray, Bespoke Orthotics, Pilates, Exercise Rehabilitation, Gait analysis and Postural Analysis. Our main principles of care are based on establishing an accurate and clear diagnosis,

formulating a suitable treatment plan and tailoring a long term ‘self-help plan’ that aids recovery and prevents relapse and long term reliance on passive care. Our chiropractors are members of the British Chiropractic Association and British Chiropractic Sports Council. Chiropractic in the UK is a fully regulated healthcare profession. Our Sports Massage Therapists offer a full range of treatment types from simple therapeutic massage (aiding flexibility,mobility and circulation) to specific sports therapy massage (aiding speedy recovery, injury prevention, conditioning and competition preparation).
