By special request (no really!) we have a balls class this week! It’s also our last week of the term, before a week off for school half term. Payments for our next 7 week term are due - £68 - which can be paid in class by card (or cash) or by bank transfer.

This week the answer is definitely Pilates, but it’s up to you what you do next week 😂
Last sessions of the term are this week and then we pause for the school summer holidays. Make sure to have secured your spot for September as I do have to have it all sorted before we jet off to Holland (aka head off for a camping adventure 😂). Excited for this weeks classes - a combo of block and resistance band. I have just planned a few new variations that we haven’t done before. Expect to feel stretched, strengthened, mobilised and hopefully not too hot lol. Hot weather expected - so bring water. Coopers edge is always pretty cool, Hucclecote we have the air con and St George’s the fire doors will be opened to let a through flow of air!
