Plantarfasciitis, or more correctly known as Plantarfasciopathy, can be a stubborn injury to have in both the sporting community and general population. Often many clinician's are treating this without any formal diagnostic image which can lead to the downfall of not resolving the issue
We provide diagnostic ultrasound to accurately assess the tissue. This enables us to determine the ACTUAL pathological cause of the pain, from a tear, to a degenerative tissue, to actually having no issue there at all!

This is a classic scenario that we see in clinic. A patient presenting with 'shoulder pain' and has had treatment in the area with no affect, even an injection!

Did you know that you can have shoulder pain but the actual source is from the neck, EVEN if you do not have any neck pain?!

Are you struggling with a diagnostic or is your current treatment not resolving the problem?

We are very lucky to have on site ultrasound scanning facilities and a skilled injection therapist. This enables us to manage nearly all of our clients in house without needing external services.

Diagnostic ultrasound is far cheaper than a MRI and also provides a physical assessment alongside. We will discuss the diagnostic and then the possible treatment options.
