So here is a photo which shows my Hubby after overcoming his spider phobia. š·ļø
A year ago whilst I was training to be a hypnotherapist, I practised on Hubby to see if I could help his spider phobia. Immediately, there was an improvement, he started catching spiders and putting them outside rather than squishing with toilet paper and flushing down the toilet!! 
Fast forward to today and he texted me these photos. A workmate who owns a tarantula brought in the skin which it had shed. As you can see it looks very much like the live spider. A year ago Hubby wouldnāt have been able to look at a picture of a tarantula without having a cold sweat but this transformation is unbelievable!!
