Reiki is an incredibly simple and gentle self development and healing system that everyone can learn. Reiki simply translated means Rei - universal, ki - energy

To learn how to use Reiki you need to be 'attuned' to the energy and you need to be taught how to use Reiki energy to heal yourself and others. During your Reiki training you will learn how to recognise, use and channel this energy which has always been there. You will learn how to use this flow of universal energy (chi, ki, prana) to bring your own enegy and the energy of others into balance and harmony which enables the body to heal itself. You are supported all the way through your Reiki training and for as long as you need it afterwards. The Reiki Precepts are an important part of your Reiki practice, this is Usui Sensei’s version:

The secret of inviting happiness through many blessings
The spiritual medicine for all illness

For today only: Do not anger; Do not worry
Be humble
Be honest in your work
Be compassionate to yourself and others

Do gassho every morning and evening
Keep in your mind and recite
