❤January timetable... Romania was wonderful but 10 days of very hard work so i am going to start gently with a few classes only next week... Tuesday 6th January at 10 30am, wednesday 7th January at 11am and yoga at 6 30pm, Friday 9th January at 11am and yoga at 12 30pm..... The full timetable returns in sparkling effect from Monday the 12th of January❤

Hello, my lovely SDF Community.
Well, what a year 2025 has been and I want to say a big, big thank you to everyone for your amazing support. Whether it’s been working hard in class, donating your time, raffle prizes, making yummy cakes and gifts for Romania. We have raised a stunning £3500 for the orphanages and Children with Cancer - it’s just fantastic and none of this could have been achieved without you and our community. Honey sales alone have raised hundreds of pounds for Ukraine.
Planning for the year ahead, reluctantly I need to increase the fees for classes starting in January. As you all will know, I hate to do this but at the same time I must be realistic. I pay myself a very low salary and my costs are ever increasing. Sadly, I have no other option - and I want to continue to offer classes, personal training and treatments to you all for as long as I can.
So, from January classes in the Studio, will be £8 per session and Zoom classes will be £6 per session. Unlimited classes per week will be just £17, fabulous value! Personal training will increase to £25 per session and treatments with me will start at £50.
As always, you can still pay cash when you attend or if you do online banking, you may prefer to pay at the beginning of each month by bank transfer. Quite a few of you already do this and it works well. If at any time you’re unable to attend a paid for class, just come to another class that you can make and let me know.
Please may I ask for 24 hour notice of any cancellation?
If any of you have any queries or concerns, do talk to me. And if you decide to pay monthly, let me know and I will make sure you have my bank details.

We had a fantastic night at the 2025 strictly come danse factory christmas party. We raised lots of money for our wonderful causes in Romania and for young lives versus canser in memory of Joshua. We couid nt have done this without Wanda, Jane and Fran, without the raffle ticket buyers, party goers, sparkly dancers, without my lovely husband David DJing, Janie helping me set up, to Sue, Helen, Adam and Beth on catering duty, to the bakers, tge prise givers.. To Father Christmas, magical, to Alessia and Patrick for helping me clear up... To all of you who love and support us we truly wish you a very merry chridtmas and a happy and healthy new year. 🙏❤
