💪 PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FRIDAYS 💪

Do you live in Gloucestershire? And aren't completing 150 minutes of exercise per week?

Then our FREE physical activity sessions are just what you need! 🏃‍♀️

Every Friday, 9:00am till 10:30am, at the Salvation Army in Gloucester (full address and parking instructions on our website). 🕺

These sessions give you the chance to try out 4 different types of exercise. So you can find what you enjoy most, and then we can help signpost you to relevant sessions in your area.

🤝 Working Together Wedneday 🤝

We had the pleasure of being invited to have a stand and talk to patients at the Gloucester based NHS Lung Cancer Screening during August 🫁

Along with promoting the service to patients, we also spoke to some members of the general public & the staff working at the screening pop up 😊

It was great to get the message across that there is FREE support available from us to help people stop smoking, lose weight & reduce alcohol - which were the main areas of concern for these patients 👍
