In addition, I have been experiencing the Peri Menopause for a number of years, I've tried HRT twice and chosen to ditch it twice. I've trialled numerous menopause herbal supplements/powders and tried various lifestyle recommendations, (researched online and from books over the past few years)

🌲 Women's Winter Workshop:

🫖 Ladies, Imagine a morning of escape and tranquility during the last weekend before Christmas.

✨ Escaping the hustle and bustle, the shopping, the obligations, the demands, the to do lists, the crowds, your phone.

🕯️ Just for one morning, for 2 blissful chilled out hours.

You will listen to poetry, practice breathwork, meditate, be mindful, be soothed by Koshi chimes, practice gratitude, set an intention or 2, write in your journals, think about your aspirations for 2026, sip herbal tea or hot chocolate, be cosy in fluffy socks or slippers.

I offer warm, inclusive, cosy spaces for women of all ages (18+). Following on from the success of my winter workshop last year, I am offering you the opportunity to gather, connect, share laughter and hot chocolate/tea. Picture winter foliage and candles, twinkling fairy lights, gentle music.

Barnwood Reading Room is an ideal venue for me with its history linked to books.
