We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator with immediate start on a temporary basis to provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all recruitment processes.
The Recruitment Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job adverts
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings between candidates and Coordinators.
• Prepare contracts, and onboarding packs.
• Conduct initial screening of CVs or applications as required.
• Ensure recruitment compliance with GDPR and equal opportunity legislation.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent organisational and time- management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and recruitment systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Confidentiality and professionalism
