Thank you to everyone for your lovely messages of support during the race. After a lot of thought, despite feeling really physically and mentally fit, I pulled out at the second check point which I had got to on good time, 11 hours ahead of the cut off.
I'm staying up here, running the Pennine Way on my own terms, minus the cut offs and the darkness 🙏

Dear Millie has been having Hydrotherapy on our under water treadmill whilst rehabilitating from a torn cruciate ligament in her knee.
She loves her sessions and gets very excited so it's hard to get a photo that isn't blurry!

Millie looks forward to cheese to keep her motivated!

She's doing so well! 🐾💕🎈🌈

Today we signed her off hydro and will recheck her on a dry treatment in a couple of weeks to make sure she's continuing to improve!
