Think of your energy like this....
You get Β£100 a day in energy, everyday when you wake up.
Now this is for your daily tasks, doing fun things. Eating, staying healthy, working, and all the other "human" stuff.
Now consider, if you spend time with people who drain you. Are they putting you into overdraft? Are they depleting your stores of needed energy? Are you allowing them to put you into a defecite?
Read that last one again....
Are you allowing people to put you into a deficite?
If you are going to bed totally exhausted and overwhelmed, then look at the people you are spending time with. How much of you, are you allowing them to take?
Change begins HERE and NOW!!
Start by using the bubble around yourself. Picture a bubble that surrounds you from above your head, to below your feet. And all around your sides. As you see yourself inside this bubble, shrink it to about an inch or two from your body. Now fill in the surrounding areas with either white light, pink or your favourite uplifting colour. Keep that image in your mind as you go about your daily life, work. Shopping, gym.... ect.
NOW is the time for you to master your energy and boundries. No more allowing people to drain you. Keep that energy balanced. You can of course raise it, and that will happen naturally as you are not being drained. And you are having fun ect. Sometimes it will dip. That's OK too. Just become aware of it as soon as you can and look into why it has.
Your body will do its best to reset your energy to Β£100 daily. However if you keep going overdrawn, then eventually your body will struggle and start the process of dis-ease, to make you stop so it can re-energise.
