A good workout in the gym then a mooch around Rococco gardens to see the snowdrops. Just stunning. Didnt realise the gardens are so extensive.

I am often asked what i do on my days off.
Well today was a bit of an exception but good to get jobs ticked off and lots of steps

Pilates then walk to town, sort 🤓 out at specsavers, have a well earned massage with Bea, on to Gloucester sports for new shiney shoes🤩 stop off for coffee food and a bit of admin before walking back to churchdown to pick up a parcel, then home.
Glad it didnt rain has i had no rain coat😜

Sunday feels😊 🤩

This lovely client of mine is a new mum now but has been seeing me for a long time.
Last year the focus changed to regular pregnancy treatments and now continuing when she needs it which is definitely now at a time when a baby puts alot of demands on a mumies body.

Getting some filming in today before an afternoon clinic.

The foam roller has been a firm favourite in my clinic for helping mobility in the thoracic spine and helping to open up the chest.

These videos can be used for a variety of situations (upper neck and shoulder issues) but today they are for a client thats had chest surgery and is left with extreme tightness around the chest and ribs. Alongside more scar massage techniques, cupping i will demonstrate the foam rolling exercises before the client leaves. I can then send these videos as a visual for looking back on if needed.

So if you have been left with tightness and lack of mobility
In these areas following surgery then please get in touch. A scar can cause many problems but it doesnt matter how old it is there is always something we can improve.
