Thank you to all of you that came to classes and events, had a treatment, bought something from my shop, introduced your friends and family into my world and supported me and my work in any small or big way this year.
The seemingly small things matter too when rebuilding and growing a community, which has been the heart of my work this year, so even if you’ve liked or shared a social media post I appreciate you too (esp as the algorithm is now beyond a joke in terms of poor visibility & engagement).
2025 has been one of steadying the ship following the year of rebuilding and creating new foundations that was 2024. It’s taken a while to get to know myself again following the sudden loss of my Mum two years ago, as I’m sure anyone else who has lost a dear loved one can relate to.
Entering this year I thought I would ‘do’ more, more in-person events or day retreats, another weekly class, and whilst some of that happened I was consistently reminded by my heart and body where my energy needed to be channeled even when it didn’t ‘make sense’.
I’ve need to deepen into the trusting of my own process and from that place I have so much more love and energy freely available to pour into everything I do rather than forcing things that weren’t quite aligned. I’ve turned down opportunities I would’ve once jumped at, it’s been edgy but liberating to say no more often.
Whilst not all was as anticipated I’ve done the work needed to expand into what comes next and am excited to see where that takes me. 2025 also brought many pleasant surprises, fun experiences and blossoming friendships and I’m here for more of that in 2026!
If you’ve entrusted me to hold a steady space for you, take care of your body, keep a secret you chose to share 😉 or supported my work from afar, thank you.
As a goodbye gift I’ve recorded a Deep Rest for Winter Yoga Nidra, which is available free in my shop for anyone who might like some guided rest over the coming weeks. Link below…

I’m off to listen to the hills & howl at the moon in between resting like a bear.
Over & out. Huge love ❤️
