I offer deeply restorative, intuitive massage treatments for women from my comfortable and cosy home space in Hucclecote.

With 16 years of experience I use various techniques holistically to release physical tension and ease the impact of emotional stress held in the body.

Whether you’re carrying tightness from everyday demands, need a space to unwind, or simply want to feel more relaxed and connected with your body, each session is tailored to meet you where you are.

Rest & Restore Evening ✨ This Sunday

There are a few spaces left for this Sunday’s restful gathering.

Rest & Restore was born as an online gathering back in 2020 as a sanctuary amidst uncertainty. Since then, I’ve continued to offer them online but now they’re being birthed into in person form because I think we’ve all remembered just how supportive coming together in real life actually is.

There will be guided yin and restorative yoga and meditation, designed to support the physical and energetic body‘s restoration process from the inside out. The evening will close with a warm drink to bring you back around before you head off.

There’s no such thing as a perfect balance or practice, which is why I always encourage an expect nothing, welcome everything approach.

Sometimes we sway, sometimes we stumble, sometimes we float effortlessly, much like life really.

Balance & Breathe is a playful, mostly standing practice to explore movement, curiosity, and breath. It’s about finding steadiness in the wobble and returning to your centre with gentleness and awareness.

And if this one doesn’t call to you, my shop has a range of practices (some free, some small charge) for various energy levels, moods and moments. 💫

Yoga is about honouring what is true for your body, mind, and energy in each moment. Which is why for each practice we should show up expecting nothing and welcoming everything.

Sometimes it will remind us we need to rest or soften, others it will call us into a challenge or discomfort.
Either way it’s expansive when we allow it be and at times humbling!

Every time we step onto the mat, we’re not just practicing yoga we are experiencing the paradox of what its means to be fully present ✨

I’m excited to share some changes and offerings for the season of slowing down, grounding, and reconnecting with our bodies.

✨ Saturday Morning Classes 9:00-10:00am at Pineholt Village Hall, starting 27th September. These will appear on a pop-up basis as a playful and grounding way to start your weekend.

✨ Rest & Restore – In Person, also at Pineholt Village Hall, these are candlelit (& fairy light lit!) evenings of yin & restorative yoga, breath, meditation and a warm drink. First session Sunday 12th October, 6:30–8:00pm (future sessions 6–7:30pm)

✨ Balance & Breathe - A new practice added to my online shop. Mostly standing playful yoga practice exploring balance & steadiness, concluding with grounding breath. Only £5 to keep and repeat anytime.

It’s commonplace to hear talk of finding a balance in life although - spoiler alert - everything is always in a state of flux and there is no such thing as having everything in perfect balance. This is the first reason why practising balance poses in class is a good idea - they are a visceral reminder of the ever present state of flux.

They’re also great for physical strengthening for our legs and core to support us in moving through the world more steady and centred.

They help us let go of the any need for perfection and trust in ourselves when things feel unsteady.

They improve our ability to be present - it’s harder for the mind run riot when you’re trying to stand on one leg!

They are great for our inner child as they remind us of the importance of playfulness and not taking ourselves so seriously.

Ultimately balance cultivates strength with softness, steady muscles, a focused mind, and a nervous system that learns how to regulate under challenge. It’s this beautiful dance between effort and ease, patience and play.

Yoga isn’t for everyone but for those who feel curious yet held back by the picture-perfect version they see online this is what I know to be true….

Yoga doesn’t have to look or feel a certain way to be valid. It’s not reserved for the hyper-flexible, the spiritual elite, or those who can hold a handstand on a clifftop.

Your yoga is yours. It can be simple, challenging, quiet, messy, joyful, or all of the above. Some weeks it might be about building strength, others, it’s about simply being present with your breath.

Real progress is in presence.
