We would like to say a big THANK YOU to Dan and his daughter, Daisy, for raising £400 by abseiling 100ft down Anfield football stadium!

This is not the first time Dan and Daisy have raised money for our pets in need, having completed a 5k run in 2024 dressed as Batman and Robin!

We really couldn't continue caring for the pets who need us without dedicated supporters like them 🙌

Daisy and I are doing a 100ft descent down the side of the stadium for the animal shelter.

I’m not amazing at heights to be honest 🥺🤣
We will try to take in stunning city views, going past the Club’s huge official crest, then safely land after our adrenaline-fuelled adventure.

It’s one of the largest all-seater single stands in European football so wish us luck.

Are you an older adult and want to get fitter and stronger?

Do you worry about falling or loosing your independence?

Do you have older parents who would benefit from our classes but don’t use Social media?

Our Community based exercise classes have received NHS recognition and awards. Classes/workouts are designed for older adults to maintain or improve fitness, strength, power, balance, resilience and wellbeing. We cater for all abilities from chair based classes to 50 plus Circuit. Classes in the Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham areas. We are looking for new locations in Stroud, Cirencester and Evesham.
