Do you have older parents who would benefit from our classes but don’t use Social media?
Our Community based exercise classes have received NHS recognition and awards. Classes/workouts are designed for older adults to maintain or improve fitness, strength, power, balance, resilience and wellbeing. We cater for all abilities from chair based classes to 50 plus Circuit. Classes in the Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham areas. We are looking for new locations in Stroud, Cirencester and Evesham.
