Wow it’s been a week… I do t know where this came from so I cannot give credit where it’s due. It is a bit Dilbert-like from the late Scott Adam’s. I thought I should finish with something light!

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body. With its combined multiple movements it can rotate a full 360 degrees ! Because of this mobility it can be unstable making it prone to injuries in the muscles that create the rotation (rotator cuff!) one of the most common injuries!

Something stirred very deeply during the WOWOW festival. The magic happens when we stop competing against eachother and listen, connect and uplift eachother. So much great work being done by Rie Pearson in her education
A of young people and raising awareness about what healthy relationships look like. My chronic pain work has shown me time and time again- the pain started long before the pain was felt.
It started with nervous system dysregulation.

So that was the closing chat amoung the facilitators and organisers. What an incredible weekend. So many positive things to take away. When women uplift other women- magic happens

I’ve been both a facilitator today and a participant. So much goodness to choose from! I have been journalling about creating my year with the Goddesses - thanks to Isaya Gabriel! It was amazing- and one I get to replay (along with many more!) you can still purchase a ticket and upgrade to replays for a whole year. Supporting x2 charities- one for women in recovery and another to prevent domestic abuse. I love it women supporting women! #

So today was the day! Had a wee technical glitch. I had hoped to get some photos of the others doing their demonstrations/gongs/meditations/art etc BUT my battery dies so of course a black screen! I did manage to take this- so sorry another picture of my face! I upgraded my facilitator spot to a whole year so I can have a sound bath every week, recreate a vision board, practise Tai Chi or anything else I fancy- a whole year for €39… what a way to fill your cup! .

So I was going to make a post about elbows… but I decided I just had to remind you about this wonderful opportunity!
Next week there is a 3 day online festival. There are tents with sound baths, Qigong, Zentangle. There are arts, crafts, virtual coffe shops, there are workshops on daring to be yourself, healing from chronic pain, meditations, Goddess rituals… market stalls to buy physical things… crystals, zentangles… honestly I’ve left out so much.
Firstly for all of this it’s €19… if you would like bonuses and giveaways it’s €39 and if you want to go all out with prize draws and a WHOLE year of this goodness at your fingertips then it’s €59.
The best part is the money made goes to charity / a woman’s charity (I am going to make a post just about these charities) these are run by two retired female police officers who saw the gaps for women and did something about it- educating young women about abuse and supporting women with addictions or in domestic abuse situations.
