Sundays session , (Apologies due to work commitments and Coach who has been taken ill we haven’t been able to post till now but all ok now )

U12s
A brilliant morning for our U12s full of energy, smiles, and great football ⚽🥳

It was fantastic to see so many parents getting involved and sharing the experience with the players – that support and inclusion makes such a difference and creates a really special atmosphere for everyone 🥰

Plenty of fun, teamwork, and great moments out on the pitch, with the session finishing in the best possible way… a penalty shootout! ⚽👏

It was also fantastic to see some of our newer U12 players receiving their kits today – they were absolutely buzzing and so proud to wear the Barnwood badge 🩵💜

U16s
A really positive and productive session for the U16s today with 11 players in attendance 💪

Under Head Coach Jon and Assistant Paul, the group worked through a variety of drills, focusing on teamwork, movement, and confidence on the ball.

Great effort from everyone involved – you can really see the progress and togetherness building each week 👏⚽

Happy Mother’s Day to the incredible mums of our Comets family.

Today we celebrate the women behind our players, the mums who give up their Mother’s Day mornings so their children can be out doing what they love.

The mums who advocate for them when the world doesn’t always understand.
The mums who cheer the loudest for every little win.
The mums who see the progress others might miss.
The mums who celebrate every goal, every pass, every smile, every moment of confidence.

You are their biggest supporters, their safe place, their voice, and their strength.

Because of you, our players believe in themselves. Because of you, they keep showing up. Because of you, our Comets shine a little brighter every week.

We are so proud of our players and just as proud of the amazing mums who stand beside them every step of the way.
