We are pleased to say that our Mindfulness and Wellbeing workshops project has been funded for another six months. Over the past 12 months we have delivered workshops to communities minoritised by ethnicity within Gloucestershire on:

- mental health awareness
- local services that can support people with their mental health and wellbeing
- self care tools using our toolkit that you can find here: https://www.inclusiongloucestershire.co.uk/engagement/mhelo-mental-health-expert-led-opportunities/
- mindfulness skills

We worked with people from many different countries. Do you know of any communities or groups that may like us to run a workshop with them?
