Both of us wear appropriate PPE whilst treating patients, we would ask patients to wear masks where possible. Back on Track Chiropractic at The Acupuncture Clinic, Kemerton was founded by Sarah-Jane Smith in 2004. Due to demand Hannah Cork joined the practice in 2015. Sarah and Hannah provide gentle chiropractic care for the whole family, from small babies, children and during pregnancy, Sarah's special interest, to the elderly. Joint problems and pain can occur for many different reasons including incorrect lifting, car and sporting injuries, falls, stress and poor posture. Many conditions can be helped by chiropractic including back, neck and shoulder pain, discomfort and stiffness in joints, arthritic pain, migraine, muscular aches and sports injuries. Initial consultation (an hour to an hour and a half) - full history, examination and some treatment - £64.00
Follow up treatments (half an hour) - £44.00
Both are fully insured and registered with the GCC and MCA. Recognised by major insurer AXA PPP as well as others (please check with your provider first).
24 hour ansaphone. Clinic times 11.00am - 6.30pm Mon, 9.30am - 4.00pm Tues, 2.00pm - 6.30pm Thurs. and 12.00pm - 6.00pm Friday.

Please, please if you can’t make your appointment, for any reason, let me know asap. In the past 2 weeks 5 appointments have been missed.
I have 3 people, on average, every week waiting to see me. It’s just unfair to me & those who could benefit.
A £25 charge will be levied for every missed session, without 24 hrs notice & only not charged at my discretion.

Permission to share…
I was with a wonderful, funny female patient today with a really sore SI sprain… 😔
As she tentatively got up to sitting again after lying on her front, with lots of deep breaths, she just said to me “Just like a gazelle…” 😂😂❤️
We both erupted into fits of giggles but she walked out a lot taller & more comfortable than walking in.. I just love my patients 💖

Our Story

Back on Track Chiropractic at The Acupuncture Clinic, Kemerton was founded by Sarah-Jane Smith in 2004. Due to demand Hannah Cork joined the practice in 2015. Sarah and Hannah provide gentle chiropractic care for the whole family.

Sarah was involved in a serious car accident in 1998 resulting in long term low back ache and sciatica for over 10 months. At the time, she was about to graduate with a 2.1 (Hons) BSc. Applied and Human Biology degree from Aston University in Birmingham. Her dad, who had found great relief from back problems himself with chiropractic treatment, recommended his McTimoney Chiropractor. Treatment helped her enormously and inspired her to return to university to train as a chiropractor herself.

Issues treated include many joint issues including low back ache - general, acute and chronic, back pain, sciatica, cervicogenic headache, migraine, mechanical neck pain, shoulder complaints, minor sports injuries and tensions, joint pain including knee and hip pain from osteoarthritis alongside exercise, inability to relax and generalised aches and pains.
