🌲 Little milestone: I’m now a qualified & insured Forest Therapy Practitioner (and trained in Level 3 Outdoor + Paediatric First Aid).

To celebrate, here’s a gentle Forest Therapy-inspired practice you can try today - even if you only have a garden, park, or a single tree nearby:

🌿 4-minute “Arrive” practice
1) Slow your pace for 30 seconds
2) Breathe OUT a little longer than you breathe in (x5)
3) Rest your eyes on one natural thing (leaf, bark, sky, moss)
4) Ask quietly: “What do you want me to notice today?”

Often the shift is subtle - shoulders drop, breath softens, thoughts untangle.

Today I issued 150, 200 and 250-hour certificates inside the Soul Alignment Academy.

One student has attended 165+ live Spiritual Development Sessions with me…
another has done 130+…
another has done 100+…
and one student is now approaching nearly 300 recognised development hours (almost 200 live sessions).

Still developing. Still refining. Still moving forward.

That’s the path:
not perfection - practice.
not dabbling - devotion.

What an exciting day! Our book officially launches today!

I honestly never imagined I’d become a co-author, but the journey has been so enjoyable (and a little surreal!).

Alongside 13 incredible co-authors, and with the expert guidance and coaching of Debs Penrice we’ve finally arrived at launch day.

This book is fiction inspired by true stories some drawn from the authors’ personal healing journeys, and others inspired by the wonderful people we’ve had the privilege of supporting along the way.
