Charity News 💙: Last month the team here at Omega were able to suggest their nominated charity of choice, which was then taken to a group vote. As much as we wanted to support all the nominees there could only be one and we are proud to announce that Omega's 2023 charity is sun Sunflowers Su***de Support. The charity was set up in memory of Pete Morris who took his own life in 2016 aged 29 years old by Pete’s family, to walk alongside others affected by su***de, and be the small ray of light in the darkness; offering others comfort and support.
Yesterday the Omega Management team hosted our monthly meeting where Abbie Warren of Sunflowers Su***de Support came in to provide us all with a full overview of the charity's work and ways we can all get involved.
Omega will be engaging and supporting Sunflowers with their ongoing work, and in the coming months there will be further information on how you can help support through donations.

Its Employee Appreciation Day. So, we thought we would treat our team……what is better than cake on a Friday. Employee Appreciation Day is an event, observed on the first Friday in March, meant for employers to give thanks or recognition to their employees. It was created by Dr. Bob Nelson who was a founding member of Recognition Professionals International in 1995.
We thank Dr Bob for this day, and any excuse for cake really.
