We aim to help and advice you step by step and then do all we can to ensure you maintain your weight loss. At Better Bodies classes you will not have any rigid rules and no one will embarrass you. We will always give you 100% and provide extra help and support when you need it. A Better Bodies class aims to be fun and enjoyable as we realise that it is not easy to lose weight, but we will give you as much encouragement as you need to get that better body you want. We welcome all comments and suggestions that you would like to make.
