After a hard year, we've made the hard decision of closing Better Bodies Slimming Group. It's been great meeting everyone and helping you all achieve your weight goals. We wish you all the best for the future.

It’s with huge disappointment that I have to inform everyone that the better bodies class will once again have to be postponed, due to the second wave of COVID 19, and the new lockdown restrictions the class will be put on hold for as long as it takes to ensure everyone’s safety. I can only apologise but as you know it’s out of my hands and after all the whole point of the class is to improve our health and well being, so to risk such an infection would be senseless. I will keep you all informed and up to date on what’s happening but if anyone needs to join another class i will totally understand and support you. Please take care and hopefully I’ll see you soon X

Better Bodies Slimming Group moved location! Diet class used to be at Doherty's glynneath but as many of you know, Doherty's are closing so class has moved to the lamb and flag (downstairs) 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Class fees are back to normal. Hope to see you all Wednesday! X

Hi everyone , you don't have to book for class, I'll space chairs and ask everyone to wear a mask. As i had money over to buy ink, papper ect the class is completely free for the month of September no joining fee or class fee. There will not be any notes read at the end of class as it's best that everyone weighs and goes for the moment and we'll review how to improve as we go along. See you Wednesday . X

Hi everyone hope your all well. I have had the go ahead from Dohertys to say we can start back on Wednesday the 23rd of this month. We will all need to stick to the guidelines that’s in place but it will be good to see every one and move some lockdown pounds at the same time. As the class is a non profit class and I have enough of everything to start back, so the class will be free for the month of September. After that it will go back to £3.95 a week. I’m so excited to see everyone and hear all the lockdown stories ( hum excuses 😂😂) hope to see you all soon ### .

Hi everyone hope your all keeping safe. I have no new news for you as yet we are waiting for the venue to open and hopefully we can get back to class in the meantime look after yourself and with a bit of luck we can resume as normal by September ###

Due to the resent outbreak of the Coronavirus i have been advised to cancel the better bodies class for at least 2weeks as the majority of our members have underlying health issues or blessed with many years 😂 im really hopeful that we will be able to be back soon as many of you are doing so well but don’t hesitate to contact me for advice or just a chat I’m always here to help. Please wash your fruit and veg along with your hands and stay safe. Hopefully see you in 2 weeks but I’ll get back to you to confirm this ###
