“My GP had diagnosed me with Piriformis Syndrome & I was advised to book to see a physiotherapist. I found Lucks Yard as it was literally up the road from me. I was in alot of pain, my appt was with Laura from the moment I stepped into the room I knew she cared. Laura did many tests & was 99% sure I did not have Piriformis syndrome. I had a private MRI which she suggested as that would really be the only way to find out what was wrong. My results came to show it was my back which Laura knew. She was kind, caring & genuinely concerned how much pain I was in. I had a couple of appts with her trying to alleviate my pain & get me into a more comfortable state, but unfortunately I needed more. I am now waiting for an appt for Orthopaedics. If Laura had not taken the time to properly investigate I would still be thinking I had Piriformis Syndrome. I cannot thank her enough, just literally for her kindness, expertise & genuinely caring attitude. Lucks Yard is very lucky to have her. Thank you again. Laura, you are amazing.”

Just wanted to shout out to Business Koalas for the most amazing process!

From trying on sizing for me to get a better idea of fit, practice stitching, to answering all my annoying messages; Business Koalas really does go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

At Luck’s Yard we believe in continually developing our skills and this weeks CPD meetings were taken by physiotherapist Jecy who shared her view and approach to supporting patients with vestibular issues such as dizziness, vertigo and balance problems.

She has a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years experience of being a neuro physiotherapist, and we are delighted to have her added skill sets at the clinic.

Our chiropractic team Tone, Laura, Nic and Mike took part as well as our podiatrist Yvette.
