On demand, bespoke, naturally coloured fre Amò Food lab is a space where food, art and design meet.

A space where the tradition of Italian food meets experimentation, to create new scenarios of taste, aesthetics and product. Starting from the five senses, at Amo Food Lab we work to create healthy, natural, sustainable but especially synaesthetic products; where the story around a specific food or product is born out of the collaboration of multiple senses. We create on demand, bespoke, naturally

coloured fresh pasta; customisable for any event, big or small; or maybe just for a personalised gift. Following the tradition of Italian egg pasta (vegan option available), we add our touch of design and art to obtain a unique pasta which will make each occasion special. Sign-up to our workshops to learn how to make your own Italian pasta. You will discover not only the techniques but some delicious sauce recipes that will complement your pasta perfectly. Through fermenting processes we obtain bread, focaccia, beer and fermented vegetables in the most natural way. Our bread, focaccia and pizza are all made with sour dough; no added chemicals to make them prove. Just the authentic taste of Italian bread and pizza with no problem to your digestion. Artisan Ales and Lagers are produced with basic ingredients. They are not pasteurised and come with a variety of hopping options

Fermentation is one of the most natural processes to prepare healthy and tasty food. The properties of fermented food have been known for centuries. Vegetables can be added to enrich any course and maintain their nutritional properties as well as their taste in a completely natural way. I am pleased to announce that I will participate as a speaker at the 6th edition of the Food Design Festival, which will bring together in Madrid more than 100 designers and experts in innovation and food systems, sustainability and innovation management, government and academia, together with actors from the primary sector, food industry, retail and horeca to identify the challenges and solutions demanded by fed cities.
