A space where the tradition of Italian food meets experimentation, to create new scenarios of taste, aesthetics and product. Starting from the five senses, at Amo Food Lab we work to create healthy, natural, sustainable but especially synaesthetic products; where the story around a specific food or product is born out of the collaboration of multiple senses. We create on demand, bespoke, naturally coloured fresh pasta; customisable for any event, big or small; or maybe just for a personalised gift. Following the tradition of Italian egg pasta (vegan option available), we add our touch of design and art to obtain a unique pasta which will make each occasion special. Through fermenting processes we obtain bread, focaccia, beer and fermented vegetables in the most natural way. Our bread, focaccia and pizza are all made with sour dough; no added chemicals to make them prove. Just the authentic taste of Italian bread and pizza with no problem to your digestion. Artisan Ales and Lagers are produced with basic ingredients. They are not pasteurised and come with a variety of hopping options
