I’m a therapist and trainer that has worked in high end spas for the past 15 years. Since becoming a mum, I've started working from home, my aim being to give clients the spa experience, without eating too much into their day...or wallet! I have created a peaceful treatment space with beautiful, yet private, views over Godalming. 🥰 The Privilege of Ageing🥰
Allowing ourselves the freedom to age is a choice, and not necessarily an easy one. In a culture where one of the highest forms of currency is youthfulness, it’s up to each of us to do what we can – big or small – to change the narrative. Let’s work together to learn the art of celebrating every year. Let’s work together to look good because of our age, not despite it. Let’s look up, look out and realise that ageing is indeed a wonderful privilege.

🤷‍♀️ Is it acne? 🤷‍♀️
Are you struggling to control breakouts? Are you treating chronic 'acne', but seeing no improvements? There are two points you need to consider: Firstly, is it acne? Secondly, are you using the correct ingredients?

Your skin may present with pimples (zits), pustules (spots) and/or cysts (juicy spots), but that doesn't always make it acne. If you don't have open pores, blackheads or excess oil, it could be that you're experiencing a different skin condition, such as rosacea, folliculitis or seborrheic dermatitis. The most common misdiagnosis I see is papulopustular Rosacea masquerading as acne. Unfortunately, acne products will exacerbate rosacea and damage the already-compromised skin barrier, worsening the skin condition.
