One space left for beginners yoga, starting next Thursday 18th November at 9.15am. Classes are a lovely mix of movement and relaxation and are suitable for anyone who hasn’t done yoga before, or who hasn’t practised for a while. Classes are held at my garden studio in Chiddingfold and cost £50 for four weeks. Please feel free to get in touch to book or for more info. Thank you!

I have two spaces left for yoga, starting on 28th September, 9.30-10.30am. This will be a mixed ability class suitable for beginners to experienced yogis and will be a lovely mix of flow and relaxation. Classes are £50 for a block of 4. Message me for more info or to book!
