A holistic therapist specializing in Nutrition & Yoga. I was lead to this journey seeking my own health after falling ill with rheumatoid arthritis. This left me exhausted, bed ridden with pain & stiff joints & deeply depressed. Through making better food choices & prioritizing self-care I reconnected to my body & have been on a crazy journey back to health. Having spent 3 years studying nutrition

I am now pleased I can offer my services as a qualified therapist out to the world to help others that find themselves in situations similar to that which I was in. We all deserve to feel our best & I'm here to support you on a journey of Nourished Moves. I also share my practice as a yoga teacher which often assists my nutrition clients on their journey, to support them to relieve stress. When I'm not working you can mostly find me outside as I'm a keen trail runner & wild swimmer. I believe that living a holistic, natural & wild lifestyle helps us all to thrive.

These events are your chance to slow down, unwind & recentre yourself for the month ahead 💚

Each month has a special theme & for August we're focusing on Breath Awareness 🫁🗣

Come, sip Cacao & give yoga Nidra a try if you haven't before- it's something to experience 😍 Think - long relaxation, guided meditation & visualisation. Nidra is often referred to as Yogic sleep & gets likened to hypnosis (though you remain in control throughout).

Who's ready to eat a rainbow of colours now?? 🌈

Sure, I want to see plenty fibre make it's way to your plate but each different colour lends a whole different host of benefits too, due to the micronutrients they hold!

I'm guilty of simply chucking greens on my plate to make sure I'm eating plenty fibre, but I always bring myself back to this to remember variety is the spice of life & perhaps it's time to get a little more creative again.

I now have this print out pinned to a kitchen cupboard, like many of my clients do to.

🌱 The Power of Your Sankalpa
& what even is that anyway?

In a world that’s go go go, my sankalpa has become my quiet anchor.
Not some big, dramatic life shift — just a soft, steady sentiment I return to when life feels a bit... loud.

A sankalpa is a heartfelt intention.
A personal affirmation we repeat to ourselves during yoga nidra — when the mind is still, the body is resting & the soul is listening.
It’s how we plant seeds for change beneath the surface.

If you're new to the practice, I always offer
✨ “I am guided by a deep inner wisdom.”

Struggling with sleep? Let’s talk sleep hygiene! 😴✨

We may be heading for Spring but it's still not time to press fully on the accelerator.
I've spoken a lot about this with clients this week, so felt it a valuable share 🥰

Quality sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Often called The Master Nutrient, sleep fuels our body, mind, and overall well-being. But in our busy world, it’s easy to let rest take a backseat.

Want to improve your sleep? Try these simple Sleep Hygiene habits:

🌙 Stick to a Sleep Schedule – Going to bed & waking up at the same time (yes, even on weekends) helps regulate your internal clock.
🛁 Create a Relaxing Routine – Get cozy, grab a book, stretch, journal, or take a warm bath.
⏰ Hours Before Midnight - Earlier sleep is said to be twice as restorative, so if you're late to bed have a go shifting the pattern and see how it serves you.
🛏 Optimize Your Sleep Space – Cool, dark, quiet, and comfy = the perfect sleep haven. Having a slightly opened window can help to stop you over heating, and keeps fresh air circulating.
📵 Limit Screen Time – Blue light messes with melatonin, so try a no-phones-in-the-bedroom rule and wind-down from screens an hour before bed! You can try using blue light blocking glasses once the sun has set too.
🍵 Be Mindful of Food & Drink – Avoid heavy meals before bed- this one made a HUGE difference to reducing the pain I awoke with the following day! Cut caffeine after midday, and go easy on alcohol- both of these can play havoc with sleep.
🧘‍♀️ Practice Mindfulness – Meditation, some pranayama (breathing) techniques, or Yoga Nidra can help ease your mind into rest mode.

The building is only as strong as its foundations... & sleep certainly is a foundation for us.
Sleep = The master nutrient

I'm still in all those feels 💚 The warmth and the magic from yesterday’s Nidra & Cacao gathering has got me so grateful 💛

It was such a joy to welcome you into our new space and christen it with the truly special energy you cultivated. Seeing new faces join Nidra regulars and witnessing you all carve time for slowness and self-care fills my heart (and not just because of the cacao!).

A participant shared afterward, “It’s quite scary that I literally could not tell you when I was last still for an hour!” This is exactly why we come together—to pause, rest, and reset. It’s an honour to hold this space with you each month.

Looking ahead:
🌿 March’s event is half full! This session is extra special—happening Saturday, 1st March (11 AM - 1 PM) in honour of the upcoming International Women’s Day. A nourishing practice with cacao, yin, and Nidra, dedicated to embracing our softer feminine energy. This one is just for the ladies. 💫

🌙 April’s Nidra & Cacao returns to the usual format and is open to all. Bookings are already coming in, so don’t wait too long!
