A holistic therapist specializing in Nutrition & Yoga. I was lead to this journey seeking my own health after falling ill with rheumatoid arthritis. This left me exhausted, bed ridden with pain & stiff joints & deeply depressed. Through making better food choices & prioritizing self-care I reconnected to my body & have been on a crazy journey back to health. Having spent 3 years studying nutrition I am now pleased I can offer my services as a qualified therapist out to the world to help others that find themselves in situations similar to that which I was in. We all deserve to feel our best & I'm here to support you on a journey of Nourished Moves. I also share my practice as a yoga teacher which often assists my nutrition clients on their journey, to support them to relieve stress. When I'm not working you can mostly find me outside as I'm a keen trail runner & wild swimmer. I believe that living a holistic, natural & wild lifestyle helps us all to thrive.

Spring always feels like a bit of a turning point, doesn’t it?

Lighter mornings, a bit more energy creeping back in…
but often still carrying that underlying tiredness from winter.

I’ve been feeling that balance myself lately — wanting to do more, but also needing proper rest.

So for April’s gathering, we’re keeping things really simple and nourishing:

A gentle spring flow
A cup of ceremonial cacao 🍫
And a long, deeply restorative Yoga Nidra

It’s all about giving the body a chance to reset properly, not just switch off for an hour.

It also falls over Easter weekend, which feels like quite a nice moment to pause — whether you come on your own or bring a friend along.

Over the last four years in my clinic, a pattern keeps repeating.

Women recovering from burnout, illness, or injury aren’t overeating — they’re under-fuelling.

They skip breakfast.
They train fasted & often delay refueling
They sleep lightly.
They compare their bodies to men’s metabolism.
They push harder when their bodies are asking for safety.

Most of the time, the solution isn’t restriction.
It’s nourishment.
It’s rest.
It’s regulation.

Last week I had the pleasure of delivering a Winter Wellbeing & Nourishment session for an accounting firm in London, hosted as a hybrid event & recorded for colleagues who couldn’t attend live.

As the darker months settle in, energy, mood & resilience can take a real hit — & for People & HR teams, this is often one of the most challenging seasons to support staff through.

The session focused on practical, accessible ways to navigate winter with more awareness & nourishment — through food, hydration, mindset changes & stress support strategies.

I was so grateful to receive this feedback afterwards:

Burnout SOS 🚒

This sparked a lot of conversations on my stories so leaving it on the grid to hopefully reach & support some more peeps ❤️

I could list lots of my fave supplements here but I know what often happens - we reach for a pill for an ill for a magic fix (the closest things to that are listed below). 🪄

First I encourage you to look at:

Are you eating 3 nourishing meals a day?
(Fibre, slow release carbs, quality protein, healthy sources of fats)

Are you sleeping 8hrs a night?
With adequate time to wind down & switch off first

Are you seeing sufficient daylight?
Preferably walking to move too, at least 10mins before 10am

Then we can look at additional support, which will be unique to you & your circumstances 🙏

(I'd also like to caveat that many of these symptoms aren't exclusive to burnout 🔥 🚒)

This week I hosted a stall for both Guildford & godalming borough councils wellbeing fair. I had lots of interesting chats about managing chronic pain, tiredness & stress with holistic support

I had some boards up promoting people to think what gives & depletes their energy & immunity 🍂 🤧 most things could make their way to either side of the board in the context of balance too ⚖️

Day 2 I was intrigued to bust some nutrition myths & answer people's questions. Heres what lead to some great discussions

"How do you best support sleep naturally"
"What's your take on fasting"
"Can I ask you about the big M. ... How to support menopause"
"I'm celiac... What can I eat for energy other than 🍌?!"

Feeling all earth mother this morning eating sweet chestnut porridge with stewed spiced apple 🍏 both foraged by my pal & gifted at last weekends Nidra event ✨

🌰 Sweet chestnuts are packed with vitamins & antioxidants. They're also a great snack for helping manage blood sugar as they can help improve your insulin sensitivity - needed for storing sugar & getting it out of your blood.
As a herb it's also a natural expectorant - helping promote secretion in the air passages to clear coughs. All the more useful this time of year 🤧

I often discuss the benefits of eating seasonally with my clients. It's examples like this that show nature really has our back - what's in season, will help us during that season 💚

👀 I shall be keeping my eyes peeled on dog walks as this was absolutely scrumptious too
