WORLD PEACE DAY - PUJA
The gongs are ready to participate in tonight's Global Gong Puja where gong players around the world unite to spread the vibrations for peace. Preliminaries start at 8pm with the Puja proper starting at 10pm uk time until 8am tomorrow (Sunday).

If you would like to join us at any time from 8pm and for as long as you are able, then please set the intention to help uplift the consciousness of the Planet through sounding the instrument of your choice which can include the voice (vocal toning, chanting or speaking).

Join us for as long as is comfortable, with the intention that the vibrations you produce continue to enhance the collective contribution from around the world. With love and gratitude 🙏❤️

BESPOKE 90-MINUTE GONG BATHS
can be booked daily, either as a tailored treatment for one person, or a more general experience for two people.

A gong bath consists of between 2 and 5 gongs played gently, with the voices of other unique instruments acting as a sonic bridge to the next section of the gong soundscape.

For a 1-person gong bath the client lies on a supremely comfortable Remy Pod and footrest; for a 2-person gong bath clients use their own yoga mats and blanket.

All gong baths are enhanced by the presence of large crystal and mineral specimens which surround the space.

Gong baths can also be booked for external events and retreats.

In addition to becoming familiar with gong and mallet craft, tomorrow's section of the introductory gong training course will include four of the fifteen possible Nepalese Bowls (Naga, Jambati, Thadobati) their wands and mallets. Also a Shruti and two of the drums (Remo and Horse) with their felted beaters 🙏

"Yesterday I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to experience a live gong bath with . It was a deeply immersive experience, taking me on a wild journey through sound and vibration. I felt like I was in a storm at sea, flung around, smashing through waves, feeling all the nuances of my body and my breath. Despite the wildness, I felt calm and peaceful towards the end with Kay guiding me back to shore safely. My body definitely released with cracks and pops, my lower back holding most of my tension recently has been painful but my hips definitely opened up and let go.

I slept incredibly well last night which was lovely and for the first time in a while I didn’t have any cravings which is interesting. I’m also noticing that I’m still feeling vibrations in my body today. I’m curious to see what else emerges over the next few days.
Thank you Kay for ‘seeing’ me, so much gratitude 🙏"
