🎉It's always a fabulous Friday at the lodge🎉

The morning was spent with the super lovely and talented singer Amy from Mack Ent.....everyone was up dancing & singing🥳🎶

World Sleep Day- residents and staff wore PJ's enjoying some 'me time'...... listening to a calming melody with sounds of the ocean 🎶 whilst taking part in progressive muscle relaxation sessions to help them to find calm and true relaxation.💆‍♀️
There were tips and advice on how to achieve a better night's sleep 😴 with lots of wonderful goodies to take home 🥰

Many thanks to everyone who made it such a success 🙌especially our super lovely and thoughtful Claire for all the goodies! 💖
