**please spend 3-5 minutes warming up**
• DB Bent over back rows x 15 each side
• Sumo Burpees x 15
• Squat to overhead press DB x 15
• Squat Jacks x 20 😣
• Tricep press ups x 10
• High knee run x 1 minute
If you hate high intensity cardio then walking is a great alternative. Yes, to burn a similar amount of calories you’d have to walk for longer than you would doing a HIIT BUT it’s a great way to clear your mind and see the beauty of the world while getting your heart pumping. Not all exercise has to be gruelling. 👩🏼🌾🐶.
