Luck's Yard Chiropractic Clinic opened in 2007 by Chiropractor Tone Tellefsen Hughes who wanted to start a centre for health care practitioners to work together under the same roof in order to offer the best possible health care to people from the surrounding area. All therapists share the same ethics and work as a team liaising in house, or with the local consultants, GP's, midwives, health vi

sitors and personal trainers. We believe in community health care education and are therefore happy to do talks to local Schools, groups and businesses for this purpose.

This week Tone was invited back to Rodborough School to speak with the year 11 students about the latest research on revision and study strategies. 📚

It was such fun to meet this years cohort and get to know them a little better.

We talked about what might be their individual challenges this close to the GCSE exams, and what they would like to get better at.

We discussed...
🧠 What the brain needs for being able to focus and concentrate
💡 Simple hacks to start revising and staying alert.
🚀 Where motivation comes from, and how to find it inside ourselves, as well as taking agency for our actions.

We wish all the Rodborough students the best for this years exams and thank you for the invitation to work with you again.
