‘Pilates with Sam’ is a full-body Pilates work out, designed to strengthen and tone every muscle of your body in an enjoyable yet gentle way. Together we’ll work the core, glutes and arms to give sculpted definition, while opening up the joints for better mobility. Each exercise is layered making this class suitable for everyone of all levels and abilities, but is not suitable for pregnancy.

Brand new Strength Class starting at Clock Barn Studio, Clock Barn Farm. Join us for a trial class for only £10 on Tuesday 27th January 2027 at 10am. If you like it then you can sign up for a six week course starting on Tuesday 24th February. Weights provided, bring a mat, towel and water bottle. Plenty of free parking.
