Home Instead Godalming is looking for a Multi-site Head of Live In People Experience.
This role will be primarily based at our Godalming office, with responsibility for overseeing our Live-in People Experience across Home Instead Guildford and Woking, Home Instead Godalming, and Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne.
Job Description
• Build a strong talent pipeline and schedule staff for placements
• Lead Live-In recruitment and onboarding
• Deliver and oversee training from induction onwards
• Support and mentor new starters through their first 12 weeks
• Maintain compliant staff files and uphold regulatory standards
• Monitor wellbeing and conduct regular check-ins
• Support field visits, supervisions, appraisals and changeovers
• Review exit feedback to improve retention
• Work with HR on employee relations when required
• Participate in on-call rota
Qualifications
• Recruitment and/or care sector experience
• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent
• Strong communication & organisation skills
• Coaching/training experience
• Passion for people, development & high-quality care
• Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable)
