Meet Laurie Harvey – Cognitive Hypnotherapist. Many of you will already know of Laurie or seen her around the clinic. Laurie is a highly experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapist who helps people overcome anxiety, stress, unwanted habits, fears, and emotional overwhelm.

My Story

Specialist Women's Confidence Coach and Hypnotherapist. Helping women to let go of the the blocks that hold them back and helping them to live more joyfully.

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Confidence Expert I’ve studied and continue to study what makes people happy and unhappy.

I’ve learned why people often behave the way they do and how to help people who want to stop doing, thinking and feeling things that have been making them unhappy. I don’t judge what you should or shouldn’t be doing – you tell me what’s making you unhappy and how you’d prefer to be and together we’ll use the skills I’ve learned to help guide you to overcome whatever it is that you want to change.

So here’s the thing … no one is perfect. We’re all good at some things and not so good at others.
