Jubilee House Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care.

Jubilee House, based just off the high street in Godalming, is a purpose-built care home offering expert care for older people, including those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The home features an array of communal spaces and beautiful gardens, perfect for catching up with loved ones and adding to the friendly feel of the care home. All bedrooms at Jubilee House are equipped with a basin and toilet, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured possessions to make their room feel like home. When a resident moves into Jubilee House, the skilled team find out everything they can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes, to produce detailed care plans that are personalised to their needs and wishes.

A beautiful morning here at Jubilee House! 🌸

We were delighted to welcome the little children from N Family Club Godalming who brought us a lovely bouquet of flowers and so much joy. Together with our wonderful volunteer Susie, they led our residents in some lovely Memory Lane music, filling the room with smiles and singing.

We ended the morning with a relaxing colouring session, giving everyone time to unwind and enjoy some quiet creativity.

A lovely afternoon celebrating Mothering Sunday! 🌸

Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying another fantastic performance from Billy Fox, which had everyone singing along and even dancing! 🎶

The celebration continued with delicious treats and refreshing drinks, shared with lots of smiles and laughter.

This afternoon our residents took part in Holy Communion with Reverend Mark. One of our residents kindly did the lesson reading, which made the service even more special.

Today we were delighted to welcome two very special visitors to the home. The children from St Hilary’s School came to spend time with our residents, and we were also visited by Lynda and her wonderful pet therapy dog, Ted.

Both visits brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and joy. Our residents loved sharing musical instruments with the children, singing songs together, and listening to a story being read.

Ted was also a big hit! He enjoyed lots of rubs behind the ears and some well-deserved tasty treats.

Thank you to everyone who visited and helped make the day so special for our residents. 🐾🎶

This afternoon at Jubilee House we started preparing for our summer garden by planting sunflower seeds 🌻

Residents filled the pots they had decorated last week and carefully planted their seeds. Now we’re all looking forward to watching them grow and seeing just how big and beautiful they become.

After all that hard work, we enjoyed some amazing muffins made by our fantastic catering team – the perfect treat to end a lovely afternoon. 🧁

Our Story

Welcome to Jubilee House, located in the heart of Godalming.

Jubilee House provides personalised residential dementia and nursing dementia care on a permanent and respite basis. When a new resident moves into our home in Godalming, we find out as much as we can about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. We put everything into a life story book, which is the basis for the care and lifestyle plans we create for them.

Our dedicated and highly experienced team supports your loved one through their dementia journey, and as their needs change. In March 2020, Jubilee House was rated ‘outstanding’ overall by the Care Quality Commission. Our commitment to delivering quality care includes working towards accreditation with the renowned Gold Standards Framework in End of Life Care. We also share our dementia expertise with the wider community. We’re working with local partners to make Godalming a dementia-friendly community through the local Dementia Action Alliance.
