Jubilee House Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care.

Jubilee House, based just off the high street in Godalming, is a purpose-built care home offering expert care for older people, including those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The home features an array of communal spaces and beautiful gardens, perfect for catching up with loved ones and adding to the friendly feel of the care home. All bedrooms at Jubilee House are equipped with a basin and toilet, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured possessions to make their room feel like home. When a resident moves into Jubilee House, the skilled team find out everything they can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes, to produce detailed care plans that are personalised to their needs and wishes.

Today we were joined by some lovely Charterhouse students for an alphabet and music quiz 🧠🎶

We had a flying start to the week with chair exercises and fun ball games 🏐💪

After working up an appetite, we slowed things down with refreshments and fresh fruit, kindly served by one of our lovely carers 🍎☕ We also enjoyed some quiet time with a bit of reading before lunch.

This afternoon, we were delighted to welcome the children from St Hilary’s School. They sang beautifully and read us a story, which everyone loved 🎶📖

We finished the day with a lively game of bingo and some tasty treats — a perfect end to a lovely day! 💛🎉

Today, Jubilee House Armchair Travel Club took us on a braw wee journey to Bonnie Scotland in honour of Burns Night.
We enjoyed a lively quiz, some grand music, a touch of poetry, and a true taste of Scotland. There was shortbread, a specially prepared cranachan, and of course a wee dram of whisky.
It was a richt guid afternoon. A special thank-you to our chef, Rodrigo.

Our Story

Welcome to Jubilee House, located in the heart of Godalming.

Jubilee House provides personalised residential dementia and nursing dementia care on a permanent and respite basis. When a new resident moves into our home in Godalming, we find out as much as we can about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. We put everything into a life story book, which is the basis for the care and lifestyle plans we create for them.

Our dedicated and highly experienced team supports your loved one through their dementia journey, and as their needs change. In March 2020, Jubilee House was rated ‘outstanding’ overall by the Care Quality Commission. Our commitment to delivering quality care includes working towards accreditation with the renowned Gold Standards Framework in End of Life Care. We also share our dementia expertise with the wider community. We’re working with local partners to make Godalming a dementia-friendly community through the local Dementia Action Alliance.
