Jubilee House, based just off the high street in Godalming, is a purpose-built care home offering expert care for older people, including those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The home features an array of communal spaces and beautiful gardens, perfect for catching up with loved ones and adding to the friendly feel of the care home. All bedrooms at Jubilee House are equipped w

ith a basin and toilet, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured possessions to make their room feel like home. When a resident moves into Jubilee House, the skilled team find out everything they can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes, to produce detailed care plans that are personalised to their needs and wishes.

We had a fantastic time celebrating VE Day at Jubilee House with a lovely BBQ,and great company.

A huge thank you to our brilliant entertainer Billy Fox for keeping everyone smiling and singing along throughout the event. 🎤✨

It was wonderful to see everyone come together to remember and celebrate such an important occasion.

Special thanks also go to our amazing kitchen team and chef for all their hard work preparing and serving such delicious food — your efforts helped make the day so special for everyone. 👏🍽️

What an amazing Friday!

The team came together for a boodle fight (a traditional Filipino communal feast where food is served on banana leaves and everyone shares the meal together).

We enjoyed chicken and pork BBQ, grilled fish, and plenty of other delicious food.
