✨We’re so excited to welcome back one of our much-loved teachers, the lovely
She’s returning with a brand new Pilates class every Friday at 8.15am, starting next Friday 6th February.
💪 Sam’s Pilates classes are a powerhouse practice - strengthening your core, improving posture, building long, resilient muscles and leaving you feeling strong, centred, and ready to take on the day. It’s low-impact, deeply effective, and honestly one of the best ways to move your body first thing in the morning.
