✨We’re so excited to welcome back one of our much-loved teachers, the lovely

She’s returning with a brand new Pilates class every Friday at 8.15am, starting next Friday 6th February.

💪 Sam’s Pilates classes are a powerhouse practice - strengthening your core, improving posture, building long, resilient muscles and leaving you feeling strong, centred, and ready to take on the day. It’s low-impact, deeply effective, and honestly one of the best ways to move your body first thing in the morning.

And because we love a good pairing…

👶 Are you pregnant or have recently had a baby? Join us for a blissful evening of Yoga, relaxation and time to connect over drinks and snacks (yes, there will be cake!)

We’re so excited to introduce PAUSE: a pre & postnatal yoga and social evening created especially for new mums and mums-to-be.

📆 Date: Friday 6th March
🕙 Time: 7pm - 9.30pm-ish

You’ll begin with a gorgeous 90-minute session with the wonderful Emily Richards, weaving together gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation - all thoughtfully designed to support your changing body, calm your nervous system, and help you truly exhale.

Afterwards, stay and linger. There’ll be drinks, nibbles, cake (always cake), and space to chat, connect, and be in the company of other mums who get it 🤍

Whether you’re growing a baby or navigating early motherhood, this is your invitation to feel held, supported, and deeply cared for.

🕯 As the season begins to shift, join us for a candlelit evening of deep rest and renewal. This nourishing Sound Bath is designed as a gentle spring reset - a chance to slow down, soften the nervous system, and realign body and mind.

😌 Guided by the wonderful , you’ll be led into relaxation through breathwork and meditation before being immersed in the healing vibrations of multi-phonic Tibetan bowls and alchemy crystal quartz. As sound waves ripple through the space, stress gently melts away, inviting you out of “doing mode” and into stillness. From here, clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of inner strength can naturally arise.

💫 This is a supportive, intuitive practice - tuned to the energy of the group and each individual - allowing you to rest deeply and reset without force or effort.

👶 Last but no means least in our Postnatal courses is our super popular Postnatal Strength with the brilliant Emily - this time it’s a slightly shorter 4-week course.

🗓 Starts Monday 16th February
⏰ 11am & 12pm courses
👶 Babies welcome!
🎟️ £60 (or if you’re already booked into Postnatal Yoga or Barre, message for discount!)

💪 The course will be taught by the wonderful Emily Pullan, AKA who not only specialises in pre and postnatal fitness but is also an NHS Midwife.

🌟 The 4-week course is specifically designed to help you recover from childbirth and get back into exercise safely and effectively under Emily’s expert guidance.

🌟 You will focus on rebuilding strength, core stability, and pelvic floor function while addressing postpartum concerns - all while getting fitter and having fun with other new mums!

🌟 Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, please make sure to get the all clear from your GP or Mummy MOT before you start classes.

🌟As classes progress, you will build core strength and revitalise yourself, hopefully leaving you feeling energised and ready to face the demands of new motherhood!

✨ Come along with friends (perfect for a ‘Galentines’ get together!) or come alone and meet new people, in a relaxed, enjoyable and creative environment. No experience necessary, in fact, the more relaxed and less experienced you are, the more fun there is to be had! A guaranteed evening of laughter, colour and good vibes.

✨We’re so excited to be adding a Sunday morning Barre class to the timetable - and we’re extremely lucky to have the brilliant teaching the class and joining the W&G family.

✨A bit about Sophie…

Sophie Wurzer Williams is a 46-year-old mother of two teenagers and a Surrey local whose career spans television and fitness. Alongside her ongoing career in television, Sophie has built a parallel path in fitness, grounded in strength and barre work.

As a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, she promotes the importance of women lifting weights as a practical, effective way to build confidence, resilience, and long-term health. Her approach aims to help women feel strong in their everyday lives.

In her classes, you can expect power, precision, and performance. Sophie blends her lifelong love of movement with technical strength training knowledge to create sessions that pack a punch, with form always the top priority.

💪 Her goal is simple: to help women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

Eeeeeekkkkkk 👀 Here’s a little glimpse into the fresh new look for Well & Good in a fresh new year!

After more than six years of Well & Good (I genuinely can’t believe it’s been that long - it’s still very much feels like a ‘new business’ to me), it felt like the right time for a little refresh.

Our community has grown and I really wanted the brand to reflect how W&G feels now. A bit brighter, bolder - and with a few stripes thrown in as I never met a stripe I didn’t like.

While things might look a little different (the physical space/all assets are slowly getting a glow up too, so bear with me!) the heart of W&G is exactly the same. A warm, welcoming space to move, work, connect and feel supported.

I’ve been working on this with the absolutely incredible (and extremely lovely) .design and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out.

I’m incredible grateful to everyone who’s been a part of W&G so far and can’t wait to welcome some more new faces in 2026 🎉

Our Studio Welcome Offer is the perfect way to dip your toe in - £49 for 3 weeks of unlimited classes, across yoga, Pilates and barre.

There’s no “new year, new you” nonsense here. Just a chance to move your body, calm your mind and spend time in a genuinely lovely community of like-minded people. With unlimited classes, you can try as many as you like, find what feels good for you, and discover the classes you fall in love with.

🤩 I wanted to say a massive Merry Christmas and a HUGE thank you for your support of W&G this year. It’s been a busy year with lots of change, and I really am so grateful for the amazing W&G community.
