New Year - New Challenge!!
Winter Sculpt is a four-week Pilates & weights based fitness journey designed to keep you strong, balanced, and energised through the winter months. Each week follows the same simple structure so you can build consistency and see results.
You’ll complete:
• One weight-based strength class to build muscle and power
• One Pilates Sculpt class to tone, lengthen, and improve core control
• One recovery stretch class to support mobility, flexibility, and rest
• An optional 15–20 minute cardio blast to boost endurance and heart health
Follow the weekly classes across all four weeks to progressively improve your fitness, health, and overall wellbeing—helping you feel strong, supported, and ready to move confidently into the rest of the year.
