EVERY WEEK. No excuses. I teach and train. Running PBG as a full time Physio and mother of 3 is a lot of work. You have to be strong mentally and physically to cope. Lifting heavier progressing my body and challenging myself brings me belief in what I can achieve - so keep going - keep showing up! YOU - WE - Can do this!

💥 RESISTANCE BAND 💥
Grab a band and try this workout.
Resistance takes many forms and all help to build muscles and strengthen the body.
I always feel great after a band class - it’s as though it lengthens and strengthens me! 😍
Aim to do each exercise X20 and be sure to do each side of the body!

A great start to Friday with Barre in the PBG studio - we added hand and leg weights for some great high rep low weight stability training. So good for the joints and tendons.
