EVERY WEEK. No excuses. I teach and train. Running PBG as a full time Physio and mother of 3 is a lot of work. You have to be strong mentally and physically to cope. Lifting heavier progressing my body and challenging myself brings me belief in what I can achieve - so keep going - keep showing up! YOU - WE - Can do this!
