Join me in a contemplative group session on Thurs 3rd Feb, 8-9pm, for a Guided Visualisation for Winter Nurture. The Celtic festival of Imbolc is on 2nd February, and we will be using this as inspiration for our next meditation session. Imbolc is a festival of trust and hope, where we hold faith in the Spring and sunlight returning, and in ourselves and the world around us.

During this session we will start with some gentle breathing exercises and a body scan to bring the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. I will then use my voice to guide you through an imaginary landscape and experiences designed to help you explore your subconscious world and innermost ideas and resources. After the visualisation/meditation there will be time for you to draw or journal as you wish to capture what came up for you. To finish we will invite each other to share some of their experience, as we feel comfortable. There is no obligation to speak or share anything, you can simply listen and relax.

Payment will be taken through Paypal, where you have the option to pay with debit/credit card, without the need for a Paypal account.
