Creative Counselling Bridget McConnell MBACP Quals: BA (Hons) 1st class. I have 20 years experience in therapeutic work, and am passionate about individuality, healing and personal growth.

Post qualification certificate in CBT with Heart and Youth Counselling L5 and Level 6 Supervision Diploma, Energy Psychotherapy Diploma, Certificate in Working Creatively with Trauma (pending) Counselling is a creative process through which we can heal from pain, and explore our potential to lead contented and fulfilling lives. There are no right or wrong reasons to seek counselling, no problem too big or too small; sometimes we may simply feel the need to share what is happening with someone objective in a confidential and safe space. I have experience of working with many issues (see below), however, as a humanist practitioner, I always work with the individual's unique experience.
