Did you know reflexology can help to ease hayfever?
Tree pollen season has started and many of you are already noticing blocked sinuses, itchy eyes and a tickly throat.

Working over the relevant reflex points including the sinuses, lungs, lymphatics, eyes and throat can calm your nervous system and help to reduce these symptoms. Obviously anti histamine medication is often required, but reflexology can be an excellent supportive therapy.

For any of you going through, or facing cancer treatment I thought this may be of interest. Some cancer treatments can affect your nails and surrounding skin. Nails may become more fragile and prone to infection so extra care is needed.
