Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – Isle of Wight

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised, gentle manual therapy designed to support the lymphatic system and encourage the movement of lymph fluid through the body.

MLD is commonly used to help with:

* Oedema / swelling / Lymphoedema
* Fluid retention
* Lymphatic congestion
* Heaviness or discomfort in the limbs
* Post-surgical swelling and recovery support (where appropriate)

At Natural Clinics, I offer professional Manual Lymphatic Drainage on the Isle of Wight, with over 20 years’ experience in hands-on therapy.

I am trained in the LTA “Fill & Flush” technique (endorsed by MLD UK) a structured method used to support lymphatic drainage pathways in a safe, effective, and systematic way.

Each session is tailored following an initial consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you and your current health needs.

�MLD may not be suitable in certain circumstances, including:

* Acute infection / fever
* Untreated cancer
* Uncontrolled heart failure
* Acute thrombosis (DVT)
* Severe kidney disease
* Any unexplained swelling

Checking poo doesn’t seem natural but it could be a life saver. Cancer is scary but if caught early, with treatment improving all the time there are more positive results. Did any of you spot one of these on your travels on Thursday?
