As a Federation, we support our practices with continuous learning and development.

A huge thanks and well done to our Primary Care Network (PCN) team for delivering a memorable Protected Learning Time (PLT) session recently for practices in Redhill Phoenix and South Tandridge PCNs. It’s especially rewarding to see positive feedback from participants:

"I just wanted to thank you both for delivering yesterday’s PLT and to let you know that I think that was the most enjoyable and interesting one that I have attended so far!"

As primary care continues to evolve, it’s great to see everyone working together to learn, adapt and ensure the best possible care for our patients. Let’s keep striving for excellence.

Following the global IT issue which caused our clinical system (EMIS) to be down all of Friday and most of yesterday, we are pleased to confirm that it is operational again and we will open as normal tomorrow, Monday 22nd July.

Please be patient with us whilst we clear the backlog of requests and update the medical records of patients seen whilst offline on Friday.

We'd like to thank our patients for the kindness and support shown to us on Friday during what was an unprecedented global outage.

Due to a worldwide IT issue we currently have no access to our clinical system.

Please only contact the surgery if you have an urgent medical condition. We are unable to view any medical records, this includes prescriptions and appointments. If you need to contact us please do so by telephone on 01883 742279.

Our lovely Ciara is embarking on an incredible challenge to climb Kilimanjaro for charity. Please support her if you can.

Can you support Ciara?

Ciara is a university student who we're lucky to have working with our Pond Tail Surgery team during the holidays as a Medical Notes Summariser. She's passionate and ambitious, and she’s about to embark on arguably the biggest challenge of her life so far. This August, she and a group of fellow students aim to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro while fundraising for a charity close to their hearts 💜

Restless Development is an international development charity that trains, mentors and supports young people to lead change for a better world. Ciara has been inspired by the charity's mission and the impactful community work they do, motivating her to make a difference of her own.

Her fundraising target is £4,650 and she needs our help to get there!

Please support if you can > https://www.justgiving.com/page/ciara-halpin-1700590681394
