Here I was guided by to learn from the Bribri , preparing cacao in the traditional way — not simply making chocolate, but honouring a sacred plant teacher.

In between, you’ll receive daily guided rituals and practices in WhatsApp, to explore in your own time — simple, personal, and powerfully supportive.
