We're thrilled to welcome .emily to the family! Alice will be teaching 1-1 and 2-1 mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as offering personal training sessions.

Alice brings 5 years of fitness expertise to our studio, including international experience in Dubai. She's passionate about creating customised sessions that blend her skills and qualifications; Level 3 diploma in gym instructing and personal training, Level 3 diploma in Pilates matwork and reformer, as well as certificates in yoga and Barre.

We had an incredible time at the Godstone Fete & Donkey Derby on Monday!
Connecting with community members and catching up with familiar faces was fantastic. Huge congratulations to those who participated in our challenges 💪👏🏼

Kai is enthusiastic, motivated and ultra approachable and will 💯 help you achieve your fitness goals.

Kai has always enjoyed an active lifestyle and threw himself into the world of snow-sports straight out of school, achieving his CASI Level 2 Snowboard Instructor qualification whilst in Canada. During this time, Kai realised his passion for teaching and the joy he got from helping people achieve their goals and knew he wanted to follow a career in sports and fitness. He recently gave up his 9-5 to focus on training others and pursue his Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

We are really excited to introduce and welcome a new member to the team, .

Reformer has been hugely popular at our studio and we are thrilled to expand our team.

Emily is a Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor, also fully certified in Reformer Pilates, with over 10 years of personal practice.

Her journey with Pilates began as a personal commitment to wellness and strength, but it soon evolved into a deep passion for mindful movement and body awareness.Studying and qualifying during pregnancy gave her first-hand insight into the power of Pilates, including the Reformer.

Emily teaches with a focus on creating a welcoming and empowering space, helping others feel strong, connected, and confident through the transformative benefits of Pilates.

In 1-2-1 sessions with Emily you set your own goals and can work towards:
✔️Fine tuning your form
✔️Building deep core strength
✔️Improving flexibility
✔️Working towards specific fitness goals
