I am a Clinical Reflexologist and fully insured member of the highly ranked association - Professional Reflexology. I have completed additional training in maternity and post-natal reflexology. I am confident and experienced at treating clients at any stage of their pregnancy journey. In addition to pregnancy and fertility, I also have a particular interest in stress and the impact that this can h

ave on a person's health and well-being. Reflexology can gently rebalance the hormone levels that can be disturbed by stress. I regularly treat clients suffering from stress-related conditions such as insomnia, digestive problems, pain and lethargy. I am also a registered Mental Health Nurse and have over 10 years of experience working in the NHS and private sector caring for people with a range of mental health problems.
