✨ We had a wonderful weekend at Trevereux Manor, the home of Sir Richard Stilgoe, the founder of the Orpheus Centre, as we held our charity Gala event.
The weekend was full of magic, including the chance for attendees to dine on the beautiful stretch of lawn, enjoy incredible performances from Orpheus students past and present, and hear more about our exciting future plans for the centre.
In attendance was our Royal Patron, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, along with Sir Michael Palin and Dame Judi Dench who also gave exclusive interviews for guests which were hosted by Sir Richard and radio presenter Garry Richardson.
“The generosity of our champions, ambassadors and supporters, my brilliant friends Sir Michael and Dame Judi, and, of course, the unforgettable performances of our students, have filled Trevereux Manor with laughter, music and hope. We are deeply thankful to everyone who made these two days such a resounding success for The Orpheus Centre.” – Sir Richard Stilgoe.
"The weekend felt very special and to be surrounded by our friends who share the organisation’s vision to transform the lives of disabled young people was inspiring." - Andrew Willetts, CEO.
