I'll be offering taster treatments on the day, which are bookable in advance.

How are we already on Wednesday? This week is flying.

On Sunday I had the pleasure of attending the Wigan's Wellbeing Festival 2025 . What a day it was.
I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the lovely people who booked an appointment and apologise again to all of those who couldn't get in on the day. Busy was an understatement. I could have done twice as many sessions and still not got through everybody.
I'm so grateful for each and every one of you.
Thank you also to the lovely Charlotte from Mindful Events for organising such a fantastic day. You're amazing. I don't know how you do it.

Entry is free and tickets are on sale to help beat the queues.
