How are we already on Wednesday? This week is flying.

On Sunday I had the pleasure of attending the Wigan's Wellbeing Festival 2025 . What a day it was.
I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the lovely people who booked an appointment and apologise again to all of those who couldn't get in on the day. Busy was an understatement. I could have done twice as many sessions and still not got through everybody.
I'm so grateful for each and every one of you.
Thank you also to the lovely Charlotte from Mindful Events for organising such a fantastic day. You're amazing. I don't know how you do it.

Entry is free and tickets are on sale to help beat the queues.

Today I'm back at Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre covering for the lovely Jackie. These sessions are organised by the amazing Wigan Wellness Web as part of their commitment to making holistic therapies accessible to all.
I love being here and getting to meet so many wonderful carers. They give so much, so they deserve a little bit of 'me' time.

Well, what a March that was. 😴😍🏃‍♀️🤯
There have been so many things going on behind the scenes and I'm so excited to start sharing them with you.....

The first bit of news I can share......
I'm so excited to be able to show you my new treatment room.💕

It's taken me a few weeks to get sorted. Painting, wallpapering, building flat pack. I don't do things by halves and I couldn't move rooms if it wasn't perfect. So, here's a quick video of my beautiful new room. (And it's even better in person! 🤩)
I can't wait for you all to receive your treatments in it.
