❤️ To the member that had one syn/swip too many and the guilt has eaten away at you for days, months, even years and you haven’t seen your consultant or friends in group for so long.....

❤️ To the you that looks in the mirror and says I really don't like how I look.....why did I leave group and go on free fall?

❤️ To the person who would love to come back but doesn't feel brave enough to step through the door of our group. I need you to know that your consultant misses you, worries about how you are and really wants the best for you!!
I want you to know that there is no judgement, shame or humiliation in our groups. We have all been there. We will welcome you back with open arms, to support you, laugh with you, get you back to a happier / confident YOU 😀

Just be brave .... walk back through the doors. A warm welcome awaits as always. You CAN & will succeed! It will be lovely to see you. 🥰

Super proud of our 4.45pm member Louise! 😍 Louise has now been at Target since November 2023, and rarely misses a group! 😊🤩

Here's her story....
"I started my weight loss journey as I was so fed up with feeling fat and ugly and embarrassed whenever I went out. I was so uncomfortable even just sitting down, none of my clothes fitted properly and I was to embarrassed to buy bigger sizes as then I’d have to accept that’s how big I’d got.
My weight loss was going well until April 2023 when I suddenly lost my beloved dog, she was my everything and I honestly felt I couldn’t live without her. Comfort eating is my thing so I also had to battle that, as I didn't want to pile the weight back on. Staying to group every week helped me massively in so many ways, it enabled me to not only control my weight so I didn’t really gain any weight, but the emotional support I received was the biggest thing for me and you all held me up until I felt emotionally ready to start my journey again and achieve my target and more.
Everyday is still a struggle but I feel I’m able to nip bad habits in the bud a lot quicker, the way I look at food is a lot different now. Eating loads of cake and chocolate does not make the sadness go away in fact it can make you feel worse and then disappointed.
Plus being 3 stone 9.5lb lighter, feels better than any chocolate or cake will ever make me feel!"

Not my words 👇 but so relatable! This is usually me, give it everything and then have nothing left after a few weeks. Small important changes this time! 💪

❤️ Breaking the cycle!

Are you going to give it your all… just because it’s January and that’s what
you always do?

Or are you ready to break the cycle and make this the year you get to target?

Because there’s a difference between starting strong and starting right.

Going all-in for a few weeks, burning yourself out, feeling restricted, then sliding back into old habits, that’s not failure, it’s a pattern. And patterns don’t change unless we do.

This year doesn’t need extremes.

It needs consistency.

Honesty.

Patience.

And choices you can live with in February, March, and beyond.

Target isn’t reached by perfection.

It’s reached by showing up even when motivation dips.

By learning instead of quitting.

By doing things differently when the old way hasn’t worked.

So ask yourself today:

👉 Am I repeating what I’ve always done…

or am I ready to do what actually what works?

If you’re ready to break the cycle, this could be the year everything changes, not because it’s January, but because you decided it’s time. ❤️
