As the colder months arrive, our health services come under more pressure — and lots of people may notice a dip in their own health and wellbeing, especially those who are more vulnerable.

With Christmas just around the corner, remember that some health services will have reduced or changed opening hours over the bank holidays. That’s why it helps to know where to go for help — even if it’s just for advice.
